Advice:
Please book to see the GP for an initial assessment and the nurse for repeat prescriptions once you are completed your first 3 months of medication.
Please ensure your smears are up-to-date.
You can either book an *online appointment with the Practice Nurse, or alternatively please phone the reception desk on 01708 852 318 for Peartree Surgery and for West Horndon please phone 01277 811 770 to arrange your appointment.
