NHS Choices Complaints page - please note at present due to technical difficulties we cannot comment on any complaints left on this site, as soon as it is up and running properly we will reply accordingly. Please also if you are putting a comment on this site please put your name, otherwise we cannot reply to you directly. We would also ask patients to try and speak to the surgery before posting comments as quite often the matter can be dealt with more quickly and efficiently in person.
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
To help us with this, we are setting up a virtual patient representation group so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
We aim to gather around a hundred patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.

Patient Participation Group
The Surgery has a Patient Participation Group which is available for any patient of both practices to attend.
The aim of the group is to provide helpful and accessable initiatives which could improve care and inform patients on any new procedures which may impact on the surgeries due to the cessation of the PCT. Patients are invited to present information for community projects which they may know about and could be of use to the surgery eg: patient transportation to hospital.
Patients are invited to raise issues which they think would benefit the surgery and its patients that they may have heard about of seen in action.
This is not a meeting for individual patient complaints, please follow the correct proceedures listed on this web site if you have a complaint about personnel or surgery practices.
New meeting dates will be printed on this site and minutes of the previous meeting also for your information.
